Emergency Ambulance Transports

The following fees apply to emergency calls/transports only.

Basic Life Support (BLS) $550.00
Advanced Life Support 1 (ALS) $830.00
Advanced Life Support 2 (ALS) $950.00 (usually life threatening emergencies)

Wheel Chair Van Transports

Provided to those who do not meet medical necessity criteria for ambulance transportation or do not require transport by ambulance.

The wheel chair van is utilized for Doctor's office visits or other medical appointments.

Subscriber Single Trip $30.00 (one way)
Mileage Fee $1.50 after 10 miles

Non-Subscriber Single Trip $40.00 (one way)
Mileage Fee $2.50 after 10 miles
